Munch’s scream, Jesus and Van Gogh’s ear—custom-made, frozen and ready to eat.
Eat it! is a series of edible sculptures made from fruit smoothies.
Each ice pop begins as a small handmade sculpture. A mould is created from the sculpture, filled with smoothie and frozen, transforming familiar images from art and cultural history into colourful objects that can be bought and eaten.
The series first appeared at P-ART-Y in 2023. New edible sculptures have been added for each edition, loosely connected to that year’s festival theme.
Art does not have to remain untouched, protected or preserved forever.
Sometimes you can simply eat it.
